Art, Craft and DIY

7. Wood Projects and Restoration (12 places only)

Wednesday: 6.30-9.30pm (8 weeks) Cost: $200

This program will cater for Woodwork enthusiasts from beginners level to more advanced level. It aims to give you the skills and knowledge to produce an item to your own design as well as undertaking small and medium sized furniture restorations.

8. Metal Projects and Welding (9 places only)

Monday: 6:00-9:00pm (8 weeks) Cost: $210

This course will give students basic welding skills, learning the safety aspects about welding and how to weld using oxygen acetylene, midge and arc welders.

9. Beginners Srcapbooking & Card Making

Have you ever looked at a handmade card and thought to yourself, ‘how beautiful! I wish I knew how to make my own cards’, or ever wanted to know how to preserve your photo’s and present them in a creative way.  If ‘yes’ this course is for you as it will provide you with a great introduction to the basics while you create wonderful works of art.


10. Digital Photography

Beginners

Join us and explore the world of digital photography! This course is intended as an introduction for anyone interested in digital photography.

11. Calligraphy 

Wednesday: 6.30-8.30pm (6 weeks) Cost: $140

An introduction to gilding techniques using gold leaf to produce a beautiful decorated initial.


12. Interior Design 1 for Everyone

Tuesday: 6:30-8:30pm (8 weeks) Cost: $150

This will be a fun and practical introduction to interior design for anyone who is building, renovating or enjoys decorating their home.

13. Jewellery Making 1

Tuesday: 7-9pm (4 weeks) Cost: $130

Designing and making your own jewellery can give you endless satisfaction and enjoyment. You will enjoy the fun, friendship and creative buzz of these workshops, working and learning within a happy group!

14. Bookmaking

Wednesday: 6.00-8.00pm (8 weeks) Cost: $130

A practical based course which introduces you to a variety of book structures and construction methods


15. Silverworking (jewellery Making)

Wednesday:  time TBA  (8 weeks)  Cost: $150

.The beginning class teaches the basic techniques
