Cake Making & Decorating (Novelty)

In this course you will learn a vast array of skills involved in the art of cake decorating.

There’s no point in decorating a cake unless you know how to make a really decent one in the first place. In this introductory course you will do both. The skills acquired include:

• Learn the basics
• line tins
• cover boards
• make a proper fruit cake
• Piping techniques
• End up with a lovely decorated cake at the end of 6 weeks

Please note the enrolment fee of $115 covers room hire, teaching and administration costs, not materials/ingredients! I will guide you with respect to where you may choose to buy.
