17. European/Asian Cooking

This class will consist of 6 lessons, with each lesson consisting of a
different country/region of Europe/Asia. The lessons will cover foods
from Europe & Asian regions including regional desserts.
18.Cake Making and Decorating - Beginners
Wednesday: 7.15-9.15pm (6 weeks) Cost: $130
There’s no point in decorating a cake unless you know how to make a really decent one in the first place. In this introductory course you will do both.
