41. Turkish, Greek and Lebanese Cuisine

Monday: 6:30-9pm (8 weeks) Cost: $215

This unique cooking program is like no other, and represents a carefully planned combination of traditional favourites from Lebanon, Greece and Turkey.

42. Low Fat Indian Cuisine 

Wednesday: 6:30-9pm (6 weeks) Cost: $195

The Low fat Indian cooking course is being introduced for the first time in the CEP. The course includes quick, light and easy Indian recipes to suit a busy life style and keep you healthy and fit.

43. Chinese and Thai Stir Fries

Thursday: 7-9:30pm (6 weeks) Cost: $205

Students will work in groups and enjoy a meal together consisting of Chinese and Thai cuisines at the end of the night. The main focus will be stir fry cooking but other dishes will also be prepared.

44. Cake Making and Decorating 1 (Beginners)

Wednesday: 5-7pm (6 weeks) Cost: $130

There’s no point in decorating a cake unless you know how to make a really decent one in the first place. In this introductory course you will do both.

45. Cake Making and Decorating 1 (Continuing)
