Cake Decorating - Beginners


Course Description
-
Learn the basics of Cake Decorating, Making royal icing, Butter cream icing, ganache, Cream cheese icing. This course is designed to offer you the skills and knowledge required to create and use a variety of different icings.  You will develop piping skills, writing and filigree skills as well as other basic piping techniques.  You will learn how to create wonderful flower designs, other decorations from icing and you will learn how to decorate cupcakes.

Materials Required

Apron, tea towel, 1 large packet of icing sugar,Sharp knife, Small paint brush for icing, Small scissors, Pkt of icing nozzles and piping bag from coles or woolworths, Glass bowl, metal desertspoon,Zip lock bags to take your work home in.
