Chinese and Thai Stir Fries

Course Description:
The course runs for 2 and a half hours each of the 6 weeks. During each session the instructor and students will prepare a range of dishes. Students will work in groups and enjoy a meal together at the end of the night. The main focus will be stir fry cooking but other dishes will also be prepared (eg. rangdang noodles, red and green soup). Each week 6 or 7 dishes will be prepared, totalling over 30-40 dishes during the course of the class. The instructor Wellon will present tips and techniques learnt through many years of cooking and preparing dishes. Wellon Leong (he is of “Chinese Malay” origin) has taught cooking classes for over 10 years.
Ingredients Cost: Nothing. This course price is all inclusive of everything, the lot.
First night requirements: Apron.
Optional: Food Container.
