European/Asian Cooking

This class will consist of 6 lessons, with each lesson consisting of a different country/region of Europe/Asia. The lessons will cover foods from Europe & Asian regions including regional desserts.

Each group will have a different recipe to contend with, each group will share their experience/food with the others.

I have been a working chef, trained in Chicago and since become a teacher. I have taught cooking classes for adult learners in the past and these have been quite successful.

Come and join us for a night of cooking and sharing of multiple recipes from European Countries.
