This class is designed to continue improving body posture by developing core strength and stability and also to maintain/increase balance and range of movement in the body using a variety of exercises and stretches based on Pilates principles and techniques.
Suitable for people who have participated in at least 2 terms of Pilates in the last 12 months.

Students who have completed a year or more of the study of yoga, will be taught a classical yoga course following the teaching methods of Sri BKS Iyengar who brought the ancient art and science of yoga to the modern world. Students will increase their personal awareness and subject knowledge of yoga which will support them in daily life.
|Yoga & Pilates

This course will teach the essentials of pilates to improve core strength and alignment. Often muscle tightness prevents students from achieving form, therefore a range of yoga poses and stretches will be used to gain balance and stability. Integrated movements will then be used to enhance overall strength, whilst teaching mind-body relaxation in order to maximise and sustain results.
