28. Tai Chi Chuan (traditional style)- beginners and continuing

T'ai Chi aims, through correct practice, to harmonize the mind, body and spirit. The theory and practice of T'ai Chi have developed over hundreds of years. Its main form involves moving slowly with regulated breathing to relax the body.

32. Successful retirement-making the most of your retirment years

Monday:7.00-9.00pm (6 weeks) Cost:$140

A discussion based course exploring planning options for a more active and satisfying retirement. This 6 week course will help you plan for retirement, with tips on making the best use of your time to help you achieve a more fulfilling and productive life. 

33. Grammar & Punctuation

Thursday: 6.30-8.30  (4 weeks) Cost: $120

Delivery will include the following:

      Presentation of material,  Group discussions,Small group tasks and discussions

         Individual activities, including short workbook activities

Each participant will be required to bring three samples of their writing to the session. These will be for their own use and will not be circulated. Samples can be emails (1/2 page of text), letters, briefs, minutes etc.

35 Public Speaking - find your voice
