Not available term 4 2010Juggling is a proven way to keep your reflexes sharp and get a great cardio-vascular workout. Plus you get the thrill of making three balls do things you never thought you could.
The course does not aim to make you want to run away and join the circus, but adopt juggling as an easy way to keep your mind and body toned up. This course is ideal for seniors or middle-aged people who feel the need for some targeted low-risk physical activity.
All you need to bring are three juggling balls and some loose clothing. Your trainer is an experienced juggling teacher, who will help you learn the basics of three ball juggling plus as many extra tricks as you can cope with (including clubs if you are keen).
