Course Description

This class is designed to continue improving body posture by developing core strength and stability and also to maintain/increase balance and range of movement in the body using a variety of exercises and stretches based on Pilates principles and techniques.

Course Outcome
-
Continue to gain a more in depth understanding of the principles of Pilates to allow participants to manage and maintain the body to allow effective functionality on an everyday basis.

Leanne O'Donohue has been working in the fitness industry as a Fitness Instructor for over 30 years. Experience includes land and aqua classes with Pilates being her main classes at present.
