Here is a program specially designed for Mothers, post pregnancy mothers. Come along for 1 1/2 hours per week for 8 weeks, creche available, to learn, have fun and meet some new people. fullu qualified trainer to help you along your healthy journey.. don't just sit here, be proactive, it's your health and your life.
