Turkish, Greek and Lebanese Cuisine
6 weeks, 6 meals!
Your teacher is Hayat (originally from Lebanon), and holds a deep passion for sharing her culinary knowledge with others. She has a wealth of experience in Mediterranean & Middle Eastern cuisine, as she has served her delicious food to many special occasions, including social events and even monasteries! Hayat also has experience in teaching groups about the food of the region, and always adds an informal, family atmosphere to her lessons.
Hayat is a wonderful cook and host and takes very good care of each individual in her group, you’ll see!
The course is based on practical and theoretical lessons. All of these dishes have borrowed directly from cultures of the Mediterranean Basin and beyond, attesting to Hayat's role as the meeting point of the most ancient of civilisations.
