Pilates Foundation

This beginners class is designed to educate people around the foundations of Pilates.  A variety of exercises and stretches based on Pilates principles and techniques will be used during the sessions which will help to develop core strength and stability.

Pilates Progression

This class is designed to continue improving body posture by developing core strength and stability and also to maintain/increase balance and range of movement in the body using a variety of exercises and stretches based on Pilates principles and techniques.

Suitable for people who have participated in at least 2 terms of Pilates in the last 12 months.

Tai Chi Chuan

Tai Chi aims, through correct practice, to harmonize the mind, body and spirit. The theory and practice of Tai Chi have developed over hundreds of years. Its main form involves moving slowly with regulated breathing to relax the body.
