Yoga for Relaxation and Wellbeing
The classes are taught in a way
that assists students to bring greater balance into their physical, mental and
emotional selves. Through the practice of physical postures and breathing
practices students learn to greater metal focus and experience life more in the
present moment. Yoga relaxation supports students to consolidate their
learning, experience a greater sense of calm, and personal integration.
Over time students learn to trust
the inate wisdom of their bodies and minds, bringing greater objectivity, more
balance and less stress. Students can feel fitter and stronger, often sleep
better and generally experience greater feelings of balance and wellbeing.

inspiring teachers in Australia and overseas- including Sarah Burns, Peter
Thomson and in Canada Pam Stewart. She attended the conventions of Smt. Geeta S.Iyengar
