General Yoga for Everyone

This Yoga class aims to create a personal awareness of body, breath and mind for everyday balance of life. Participants will be guided through yoga postures and sequences, breathing practices and relaxation.

Participants will be encouraged to modify practices to suit their personal needs and develop their own practices to suit their personal  needs and develop their own practice.

Participants should wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat, cushion and blanket.

Anji has completed yoga training with the International Yoga Teachers Association, Dru Yoga Australia and Svastha Yoga and Ayurveda, Sydney
