Yoga and Pilates

20. Yoga (Beginners)

Monday: 6:30-7:30pm (8 weeks) Cost: $100

Yoga is the ancient art of balancing, strengthening and loosening our whole body. Yoga can vitalise our full physical, emotional and mental potential.

21. Yoga 1 for Relaxation & Wellbeing

Tuesday: 7-8:15pm (8 weeks) Cost: $100

Yoga is the ancient art of balancing, strengthening and loosening our whole body. Yoga can vitalise our full physical, emotional and mental potential.

22. Yoga (level 2)

Wednesday: 7-8:30pm (8 weeks) Cost:$100

This class is set at a continuing or intermediate level – for those that have done yoga 1 before and fancy a slightly more challenging stretch.

23. Pilates (level 1)

Monday: 6:40-7:40pm (8 weeks) Cost: $100

This course is designed for those that have not done Pilates before but fancy a slightly more testing workout.

24. Pilates (level 2)

Monday: 7:45-8:45pm (8 weeks) Cost: $100

Develop core strength, long, lean muscles, reduce stress and increase energy through this program.

25. Pilates (low-impact exercises/stretches to strengthen the body)

Thursday: 5:30-6:30pm (8 weeks) Cost: $100

This course is designed for those that have not done Pilates before but fancy a slightly more testing workout.

26. Stretch and Relax

Wednesday: 6-7pm (8 weeks) Cost: $100

You will learn how to stretch your body and relax your mind in a simple and profound way. Learning how to relax your body (stretching) and calm your mind (relaxation) is easy and the greatest gift you can give yourself.

27. Flexibility and Stability for the Elderly

Tuesday: 5-5:45pm (8 weeks) Cost: $75
Wednesday: 6:30-7:15pm (8 weeks) Cost: $75

Wednesday:  7:40-8:40pm (8 weeks) Cost: $100

The basic principles of the Pilates method will be introduced and integrated with Yoga.
