Yoga and Pilates

14. General Yoga for Everyone

Monday: 6:30-7:45pm (8 weeks) Cost: $120

Yoga is the ancient art of balancing, strengthening and loosening our whole body. Yoga can vitalise our full physical, emotional and mental potential.

15. Yoga 1 for Relaxation & Wellbeing

Tuesday: 7-8:15pm (8 weeks) Cost: $120

Yoga is the ancient art of balancing, strengthening and loosening our whole body. Yoga can vitalise our full physical, emotional and mental potential.

16. Yoga (level 2)

Wednesday: 7-8:30pm (8 weeks) Cost:$120

This class is set at a continuing or intermediate level – for those that have done yoga 1 before and fancy a slightly more challenging stretch.

17. Pilates (level 1)

Monday: 6:40-7:40pm (8 weeks) Cost: $110

This course is designed for those that have not done Pilates before but fancy a slightly more testing workout.

18. Pilates (level 2)

Monday: 7:45-8:45pm (8 weeks) Cost: 110

Develop core strength, long, lean muscles, reduce stress and increase energy through this program.

19. Pilates (low-impact exercises/stretches to strengthen the body)

Thursday: 5:30-6:30pm (8 weeks) Cost: $110

This course is designed for those that have not done Pilates before but fancy a slightly more testing workout.

20. Pilates/Stretch

Learn the safest and most effective way to increase and maintain your flexibility and core strength by applying the Pilates principles to your stretching.
