49.Yoga - Continuing

Wednesday: 7.00-8.30pm (8 weeks) Cost:$125

This class is set at a continuing or intermediate level – for those that have done yoga 1 before and fancy a slightly more challenging stretch.

50. General Yoga

Monday: 6.30-7.45pm ( 8 weeks) Cost: $120

This Yoga class aims to create a personal awareness of body, breath and mind for everyday balance of life. Participants will be guided through yoga postures and sequences, breathing practices and relaxation.

51. Yoga Stretch

Tuesday: 6.30-7.30 (8 weeks) Cost:$110

This class will move your body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. 

52. Yoga for relaxation & Wellbeing

Tuesday: 7.00-8.00pm (8 weeks) Cost$110

The classes are taught in a way that assists students to bring greater balance into their physical, mental and emotional selves. Through the practice of physical postures and breathing practices students learn to greater metal focus and experience life more in the present moment. Yoga relaxation supports students to consolidate their learning, experience a greater sense of calm, and personal integration.



53. Pilates- beginners

Monday: 6.40-7.40pm (8 weeks) Cost: $110

This course is designed for those that have not done Pilates before but fancy a slightly more testing workout.

54. Pilates - Continuing

Monday: 7.45-8.45pm (8 weeks) Cost: $110

Suitable for students  who have done pilates for more than 2 terms (recently)

Develop core strength, long, lean muscles, reduce stress and increase energy through this program.

55 Pilates -low-impact 

Thursday: 5.30-6.30pm (8 weeks) Cost: $110

This course is designed for those that have not done Pilates before but fancy a slightly more testing workout.

56. Pilates Stretch

Friday: 5.30-6.30pm (8 weeks) Cost: $110

Learn the safest and most effective way to increase and maintain flexibility and core strength by applying the Pilates principles to your stretching. this class also includes a strengthening component which assists with posture

57. Stretch and Relax

Saturday: 5.00-6.00pm  (8 weeks)  Cost: $110

You will learn how to stretch your body and relax your mind in a simple and profound way.


58. Post Pregnancy Health & Fitness

Monday : 10.45am-12.15pm (6 weeks) Cost:$120

Here is a program specially designed for Mothers, post pregnancy mothers. Come along for 1 1/2 hours per week for 8 weeks, creche available, to learn, have fun and meet some new people. fullu qualified trainer to help you along your healthy journey.. don't just sit here, be proactive, it's your health and your life.

59. Veterans & Veterans families exercise program

Wednesday: 7.00-8.00pm (12 weeks) Cost:$96

A program tailored for those who would like to increase their fitness training with a small group under the direction of a trainer.

60. Yogalates

Tuesday: 7.40-8.40 (8weeks) Cost: $110

The basic principles of the Pilates method will be introduced and integrated with Yoga.
